1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside. Marijuana is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations may result in a fine, loss of deposit, and/or being asked to leave.
2. Only the guest party set forth in the booking may stay overnight on the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
3. The property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilties. The property owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, as well as are any others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Keep the sand outside of the unit and make use of the outdoor showers and/or water hoses to rinse self and belongings before entering.
5. Only use the appliances for intended purposes.
6. Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit. If a guest has two vehicles, they must be parked one behind the other so as to only take up one long space. Vehicles are to be parked in designated areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing charges are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8. Housekeeping: We do not offer a daily housekeeping service. While linens and towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
9. Water and Septic: The property is on a well and septic system. The mineral content in the water is high. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER. No feminine products should be flushed any time. If it is found that products from a particular unit have clogged the septic system, the guest could be charged up to $250.
10. Guests must immediately report any broken items or maintenance issue.

7. El estacionamiento está limitado a dos vehículos por apartamento. Si un invitado tiene dos vehículos, deben estacionarse uno detrás del otro para ocupar solo un espacio largo. Los vehículos deben estacionarse solo en las áreas designadas. No se permite aparcar en la carretera. Cualquier automóvil estacionado ilegalmente está sujeto a ser remolcado; las multas / cargos de remolque aplicables son responsabilidad exclusiva del propietario del vehículo.
8. Servicio de limpieza: No ofrecemos un servicio de limpieza diario. Si bien la ropa de cama y las toallas están incluidas en la unidad, el servicio de limpieza diario no está incluido en la tarifa de alquiler. No permitimos que se retiren las toallas o la ropa de cama de la unidad.
9. Agua y Séptico: La propiedad está en un pozo y sistema séptico. El contenido de minerales en el agua es alto. El sistema séptico es muy eficaz; sin embargo, se obstruirá si se lava el material inadecuado. NO LAVE NADA QUE NO SEA PAPEL HIGIÉNICO. Ningún producto femenino debe tirar en ningún momento. Si se descubre que los productos de una unidad en particular han obstruido el sistema séptico, se le podría cobrar al huésped hasta $ 250.
10. Los huéspedes deben informar de inmediato cualquier artículo roto o problema de mantenimiento.
